WHEN CAN YOU GET A REFUND?
You can get a refund under those 2 circumstances:
- if you request a return
- if the item is damaged or if there is any issue (missing item, wrong item, quality issue, etc.)
To be eligible for a return, you can contact Yume Moon Studio at email@example.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, Yume Moon Studio cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Yume Moon Studio does not accept exchanges or cancellations once the items have shipped.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
