Refund policy
WHEN CAN YOU GET A REFUND?
You can get a refund under those 2 circumstances:
- if you cancel before the order is fulfilled
- if you request a return within 14 days of delivery
- if the item is damaged or if there is any issue (missing item, wrong item, quality issue, etc.)
1. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are allowed until the order is fulfilled. Please contact Yume Moon Studio at contact@yumemoonstudio.com as soon as possible. Or connect to your client account, select the order and send your request.
Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, it can not be refunded. You will have to request a return.
2. RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, you can contact Yume Moon Studio at contact@yumemoonstudio.com within 14 days (Extend over weekends and holidays) of receiving your order. Or you can use the 'Withdraw request' form. Or connect to your client account, select the order and send your request.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@yumemoonstudio.com with pictures if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, Yume Moon Studio cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. EXCHANGES
Yume Moon Studio does not accept exchanges or cancellations once the items have shipped.
6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please be aware that the original shipping cost may not be refunded, considering that postage has been paid in full.
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
