Shipping policy
HANDLING
All orders are carefully packaged by myself, in my studio. For that reason, processing times are up to 20 business days. I will try to send as soon as possible, but please be patient. Packages are usually sent on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
PACKAGING
In an effort to be more eco-friendly, I'm trying to limit unnecessary packaging. Most of the time, the items will be sent in a glassine or paper sleeve, with washi tape closing it. Some items will come with a backing card with social media info and instructions to use the item.
I either send the items in a padded mailer or a slim letterbox. They can be recycled depending on your area's regulations.
On some occasions, plastic can be present in your package. If that's the case, it's because I ran out of eco-friendly options or because these items were originally packaged like this for markets. But it's very rare :)
SHIPPING
All orders are sent with a tracking number, this way we can both keep an eye on it. Some countries may have limited tracking, please see the list below.
Full tracking is available for the following countries: Albania, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Korea, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, United Kingdom, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Thailand, Togo and Turkey.
For other countries, tracking will stop at the French borders. Please note that I do not ship to all countries, but you can request yours through email (contact@yumemoonstudio.com) and I'll see what I can do.
And here's the average transit time:
France: 2-7 business days
Europe: 4-30 business days
Rest of the World: 7-45 business days
MONDIAL RELAY
All orders with Mondial Relay selected are sent to Lockers/Relay Points (Point Relais) and NOT to the buyer's home address. You will receive an email in the days following your orders to choose your preferred locker/relay. Please answer, or else I will pick the one closest to your invoice address.
Countries with Mondial Relay lockers: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria and the Netherlands.
CUSTOMS / IMPORT TAXES
Please keep in mind that I'm in no way responsible for any customs fees. I am legally obligated to declare the accurate value for each item; I cannot mark them as gifts, or I may face charges. I appreciate your understanding.
UK ORDERS
UK VAT: I have to disable UK orders because of the complicated and very pricey VAT registration process, my apologies. Please order through my Etsy shop. If you see items in this shop that are not on Etsy, please reach out to me and I can create a reserved order for you on Etsy. Thank you.
US ORDERS
US TARIFFS: US shipping is active again, but is quite expensive because of the new import laws from 2025. The price covers shipping + tariff/VAT payment.
